Do you love trains? Are you into model railroading? Are you looking for something to enjoy with the whole family? If so, come to the model railroad show on April 11th and 12th. For the first time ever, families of all ages will be able to enjoy an entire weekend of model railroading with extensive model railroad layouts and collections located throughout the library which are provided by different clubs of train enthusiasts. Representatives from Metra will also be here on Saturday to give information about railroad safety. And there will even be a Lego train layout. Pick up a make and take craft for kids. All attendees will be eligible to enter a raffle and have a chance to win a prize giveaway. No registration required. This is a drop in event.
Trains will be up until 4:00PM on the 12th!
