Elmwood Park has a proud past, but it also has a lively present and a bright future. Help the library to decorate its walls with some of the best pictures from around Elmwood Park. Each month, there will be a theme, and patrons can submit up to one picture that they think respresents the theme. Winning pictures will be on display in the library and featured in future library publications. Drop off photographs in our Adult Services Department between January 1-15.
